If you have any questions about what I offer or if you would like to get started, please drop me a note via email as this will be the easiest way to learn more about your needs. Feel free to add as much information as you like, in fact, the more you provide the better!

First meeting

It is always nice to meet face to face (when possible), so after our initial contact, I will invite you for a free 15-20min chat. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other a little better, and to discuss in more detail for example about your goals and current schedule.

Training plan

Once we have locked-on to your goals, the next step is to begin your journey! Depending on your current fitness level, schedule and a few other variables I will create for you an initial training plan that will form the basis of the first 3-4 weeks of your workouts. This plan will evolve as we progress through the weeks.
